
Meet Martyn
I'm Martyn Smith, Personal Trainer and Founder
After a successful career in the building career, I suffered an unexpected turn of events which led me down a path of destruction, addiction and mental health torment. These events changed my life and turned it upside down, being forced into institutions and put on a cocktail of medication, it seemed like a never ending spiral of hopelessness.
Over a period of time I found my faith and rediscovered my love for training. More importantly, I discovered how training benefits your mental health and I decided to make it my mission to help others.
I opened a space in Woodley (Berkshire) which is my hometown. It was to be a space for me to train my clients, targeting fitness and wellness with a holistic approach.
I believe in training the whole person and taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just training physically.
I hope to be able to help guide my clients into better shape, both physically and mentally. I look forward to meeting you!
